These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AuditSnap mobile application (“App”) operated by AuditSnap (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
AuditSnap is designed to help users capture, organize, and generate audit evidence and reports, as well as create instant signed Quick Proofs for timestamped photo verification. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.2. User Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you capture and upload.
- You must ensure your usage complies with your organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- You are solely responsible for how generated reports and Quick Proof links are used.
- You must not submit photos or content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others.
- You are responsible for controlling who you share Quick Proof verification links with, as linked images are publicly accessible.
3. Content You Submit
You retain ownership of any photos, notes, or other content you submit through the App. By submitting content via Quick Proof Capture, you grant AuditSnap a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and serve that content solely for the purpose of providing the verification service. Quick Proof images are automatically deleted from our servers after 90 days. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.4. Subscriptions and Payments
- AuditSnap offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (monthly and yearly).
- Free tier users are limited to 5 signed audit reports and 10 Quick Proofs. Paid subscribers receive unlimited reports and Quick Proofs.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.6. No Guarantee of Compliance
AuditSnap provides tools to assist with audit documentation and proof capture. We do not guarantee that reports or Quick Proofs generated by the App will meet regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements.7. Limitation of Liability
AuditSnap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:- Use or inability to use the App
- Errors or inaccuracies in generated reports or Quick Proofs
- Loss of data, including expiration of Quick Proof images after 90 days
- Decisions made based on audit reports or Quick Proof evidence
- Unauthorized access to publicly shared Quick Proof links
